Using multiple techniques and different media to create a layered mixed media evening gown design inspired by chipped paint on cement. The layers are Joomchi paper in green, yellow and blue, free motion embroidery on cheesecloth, navy and gold joomchi paper rods and brown nuno felt with green, brown and cream swirls. Each layer is exposed through holes and rips in upper layers.
